Bentos #65 and #66... Busy busy...



The past couple of weeks I've been on my own at work. My boss is having family and health issues. So I've been working a whole lot and haven't had time to toss together many bentos, or blog about the couple I actually did.

And here they are...


Bento #65 has brown rice and sauteed cabbage and daikon in the top layer. The line down the center is furikake. The bottom has quick pickles, green peppers, strawberries, and orange slices.


Bento #66 is a pasta salad with green pepper, radish, and parmesan cheese. I made the dressing myself from EVOO, garlic red wine vinegar, and a shake from a package of Italian dressing mix.

Bottom has more quick pickles, pineapple, strawberries, and grapes.
